Hm. What made you choose to use ISO400 on this shot, if you used flash and f/5.6? Surely they were, used in conjunction with a 55mm lens, enough to get a clear, and perfect image. You needn't have sacrificed the quality by adding in noise from the ISO400! Still, it's not done too much harm at an image of this size but may have caused noise on a larger-scale file, which is a shame for such a wonderful image. Great work, but next time keep the ISO down. ;D

Well, in fact that reflection on the fruit of the Physalis was the sun itself.
It was taken outdoors under sunlight but also it was very windy. So, I thought the shutter had to be as fast as it could be.
And moreover, I had three macro lenses attached on each other and they narrowed down the focus point a great deal.
But you are perfectly right, it was almost gambling with the quality of the image.
I'll try to have more favorable conditions next time, many thanks for this lovely comment.
